Reporting a wrong number

Please include the company name and the filing date, or the DART receipt number (for US filings, the SEC accession number). It helps to say which page and which figure differ from the original. Once we confirm an error, the fix goes out with the next daily update, and we check whether the same mistake affects other filings of the same type.

Removal and correction requests

Insider trade filings name the reporting person and their role. That information is public in the original filing, but if you are the person named and want it removed or corrected here, send us the page address and we will reply once it is handled.

What we do not answer

We do not answer requests for stock picks, timing or investment advice. The site summarizes filings; it does not give financial advice.

Data questions

If you want to know how a figure was calculated, such as a contract's share of revenue, a won conversion of a US trade or a fund's portfolio weight, the data sources and methods page explains each step. If it does not answer your question, write to us and we will add the explanation there so other readers can see it too. Suggestions for new filing types, investors to track or calculators are also welcome.

We usually reply within three business days; replies may take longer over weekends and Korean public holidays.
